WIP updates & Baby News!!!!!
Wow, it has been 2 weeks since I updated my blog. Well, part of that is because last week at this time, we were heading to our son & DIL's house. The babies got to go home last weekend, so we went down!!!! We had a wonderful time, bonding with the boys. It was so hard to come back home. I told my youngest a couple hours ago that I wanted to go back. He said "go". Wish it were that easy!!!
I finished my Alphabet Pumpkin the day after I posted it last time. I just haven't taken time to update. I love how it turned out. It was such a fun stitch. Now, I need to finish it. I am pretty sure I am going to do a pinkeep out of it.
Next, I worked real hard on Christmas Village & I think the progress shows. I love this piece & wish I had more time to devote to it.
Lastly, I worked on the boys sampler. This is a MUST DO. I really want to get it done, so my husband can make a frame for it & we can give it to the kids.
Thank you all so much for your kind comments on my last post. I appreciate your friendships so much.
Have a wonderful weekend.

Shari, I love the pic of your grandbabies. How precious they are! I'm so glad you were able to be there when they came home.
Your stitching is lovely--I simply must stitch that Christmas design one of these days. I have it, but don't have the supplies. The pumpkin piece is cool--the color you chose works perfectly. And the baby sampler--wow that is a lot of work in that border! Pretty colors.
Thanks for the update!!!
Hugs!
Sherre

Hi Shari--Saw your blog listed on 123 so am popping in for a peak. First of all "congratulations" on those beautiful little grandsons! My niece has triplets, too--all girls! They are now five, but I have loved every minute of watching them grow up. I am anxious to watch your progress on "Christmas Village" because I have that in my stash, too. Like you, I fell in love with it at first sight. Enjoy those babies...

I had heard about TRIPLETS! What a blessing! And what an opportunity for showering your family with stitches! Sometimes alittle harder to find ways to stitch for boys ... but you're creative ... you can do it....Congratulations Grandma! Keep stitchin'!
