photo album finish

Hi all,
I was able to get the fabric today to make my bees finish into a photo album. I love how it turned out & it will be a great way to save precious pictures of the triplets!!!!
I will even be able to 'scrapbook' style these pictures!

I finished my Baby Bees this evening!!!

I made a few changes to the pattern. I did the butterflies in my triplet grandsons colors....baby blue, pastel green & pastel yellow. I also didn't do all of the backstitching that the original pattern had, but I like it like this!
I think I am going to make this into a photo album. I think I have some BEE fabric in my container of fabrics.

Thanks so much to Vee of VeeandCo for changing the pattern for me. Her original pattern only had 2 bees in the basket. She was kind enough to add a 3rd one for me!

Now, onto other WIP pieces. Oh, I wish I could finish more quickly!!!!

Boppy Covers & a WIP picture

Wow, it has been forever since I have updated my blog.

I am stitching, but I have been jumping from one piece to another & I haven't taken WIP pictures. But....I did take a picture this morning of what I am working on right now. I hope to do this whole piece. Vee of VeeandCo was so kind! She designed the buzzing bee's piece, but it only has 2 bees in the basket. I emailed her & told her about the triplets. I said too bad there weren't 3 bees. She said she could fix that for me!!!! The next day, she emailed & showed it to me! SOLD!!!! I had to get it. So...I am stitching 3 little bees in a basket. I am going to adapt the butterflies to my grandsons colors!!! Too cute...

Speaking of the boys....they are all still in the NICU. They are doing better every day thou. We keep praying that they will get to go home soon!!! I will attach a couple pictures for you all to see.

I was asked to make Boppy Covers for the boys. I struggled at first, but I got the hang of it. I am attaching a picture of them as well. You will see the boys colors in this photo!!!

FINGER UPDATE: My splint gets to come off next week!!!!!!! You will all hear a loud shout for joy because I am so tired of it!!!! I can't wait to be doing things again, without that on my hand!

Our Beautiful Grandsons!!

We went down to see our son, DIL, and our 3 new beautiful grandsons this weekend! Oh, what an awesome experience! People always say, 'just wait til you have grandkids'. Well, most people get them one at a time, but we got three wonderful blessings on the 28th of June. Our DIL was almost 33 weeks along. The boys are all good size babies.

We not only got to see them, we also got to hold them, feed them, change them, etc... We had a wonderful time. They are all still in the NICU, but are doing fantastic!!!
I asked if I could post a couple pictures, so here you go!!!!!
