Mid week update!

Good morning to all of you!
This is going to be a strange to me blog post! I have no stitching to report.
I am excited about the excitement of the Mary Wigham SAL. This is my first time to do something like this & I am learning so much! It amazes me how many wonderful people there are out there! I am making lots of new friends thru this!!!
If you have emailed me about an invitation & haven't heard back from me, it could be a few reasons. I haven't gotten your request is a main one. Just like anything else, email is not always 100% efficient! Another main reason is I was not provided with an email address to send the invitation to!!!
On the personal home front, I finally went to the doctor about my finger yesterday. It has been nearly 2 weeks since I hurt it. Well, I am glad I went, but it is going to affect my life for a while. I either ruptured or fractured (I don't remember which word he used) the tendon in my finger. I have to wear a stack splint for the next 8 weeks. Needless to say, stitching is a little challenging right now. But.... I will succeed!!!! It won't keep me from stitching!
Wishing you a wonderful day today!!!!!!
Thanks for visiting!

Ruptured. I am not a doctor, but I've done so many things to my fingers and ankles, i practically have an MD. I broke my finger once and was able to stitch, but when I sliced off the tip I had to find other pursuits to keep me busy. Glad you can still stitch! Be well.

Ouch on you finger, hope you feel better soon.

I just down loaded the first installment of MW and donated. Don't know when I can start her though with the 2 projects I'm working on already.

Oooh Shari so sorry to read that about your finger. I do hope it will be much better very soon.

Be careful though.

Sending you big hugs,
Wendy

Hope your finger is better sooner but I'm sure you will figure out a way to stitch before the eight weeks is up. LOL

I just don't have the fabric right now to start on this SAL even though I want to soooo badly! If you do not mind, you can send me an invite though because I should be able to start in the next couple weeks!
