Mid Week Update

good morning everyone!

I have been working on Beneath a Sunlit Sky this week. I am determined to get it done really soon! I have a reason for that, but I can't say why!!!

My stitching speed is starting to pick up. I guess I am learning to stitch with my bad finger!!! Amazing what you can do when you have to make adjustments.

Hope you are all having a great week! Keep those needles moving!

Thanks for visiting!

Your Sunlit Sky is beautiful. Your finger splint looks sort of like a built-in thimble. Yeah, that's how my mind works. :o)

Love your Sunlit Sky! Hope your finger heals quickly and that you can get speedier stitching while you still have the splint on. LOL

Beneath the Sunlit Sky is looking great! It's my WIP right now too! Glad you are finding a way to stitch in spite of your finger splint.

Wow, you're so close to being done on that! Sunlit Sky looks beautiful! It's amazing that you can stitch with that splint on, though. Hope it heals and you can take that thing off soon!

My name is Jamie and I just got a stack splint today for a finger injury: a mallet finger.

How are you managing with yours? I am trying to figure out how to wear it 24/7 yet not get it wet. I would love to hear any tips you have learned so far.

I am trying to re-train myself to type without that finger. That is what I do to earn money - type.

thank you in advance!
