First Fawn Finished

well, I finished the first fawn today....
it is ok, but I am anxious to do him again, with the proper colors of floss. I am not sure yet how I will finish this one....it is small enough, it MAY be a Christmas ornament or I may do it into a flatfold.
Several have asked me about the fabric that I am using. Before they went out of business, I purchased a large piece of this from Enchanted Fabrics. So....it is no longer available...but is a lugana called Champagne Cocktail. (28 ct.) I love it!
thanks for stopping by & have a great day!!!!
My next post should have a picture of my crocus!!!! I saw it popping it's head up today!!!!

It is very pretty but I agree with your past post. It will be even more beautiful with the right colors. Unfortunately sometimes we just can't save $.

Lovely finish but I agree with what you say in your earlier post - maybe the floss is a bit dark so the spots and his eyes do not show up too well!

Congratulations on your finish, Shari--he is just a little fawn with a very dark suntan :)

Very cute Shari; I just love Cathy Jean's designs. I have several of her birds; plus the squirrel and the rabbit that I hope to do one day.
