Who Will Join Me???

I missed adding new ornaments to my ornament tree this year. In year's past, I had done one ornament each month. I did this for several years. The past few years, I haven't done it.
That is going to change in 2013. I am going to go back to it!
I have gone thru the JCS ornament preview issue & the actual ornament issue. I have made a list of 20+ that caught my eye.
Here is my challenge to each of you....
Join with me in doing one ornament each month. Finish them as well as stitch them!!!!! I am guilty of stitching quite a few & not finishing.
At the end of the year, we will have 12 or more new ornaments to add to our tree....
How about it!?!?!
I have attached a picture of my ornament tree from this year!!!

Hi Shari! I've been looking at my ornament issues too. This is the first year I've stitched and finished an ornament for an exchange. I've stitched several for myself but never finished them. I want more ornaments for my tree next year :D

I am with you. I only stitched ornaments for exchanges, receiving some very pretty ones. My goal is to stitch the 2011 Littlehouse series. I have joined the ornie a month blog to help me keep my goal. Happy New Year.

Your ornament tree is amazing! I would love to start one of my own. I also missed stitching ornaments for my tree this year, so think I'll join you, although I can't guarantee to do the finishing work each month. I tend to pile up stitched pieces for awhile and then finish a bunch at once. Now to decide which ones to do!! So many amazing designs to pick from, and I already have a large number in my stash :-)

I will be doing ornaments for both my Halloween and Christmas trees. A friend has SAL blogs for both holidays. The links are on my blog in the 12/26/12 post if you're interested. She's welcoming anyone to join so feel free to. You don't have to stitch one every month so no commitment, but I'm going to try to. :) My problem is the actual finishing. Your tree is beautiful!

Love your tree! I was slack this year in stitching ornaments and will rectify this in the new year too! Can't wait to see all of your ornaments to come!

Hi Shari, your tree looks wonderful even without the 12 new ornaments :) Since I'm getting back to stitching, I think I will join you. Happy Stitching, Toni

It is so beautiful Shari! I didn't get a single ornament done this year, though I managed a couple of cards :)

Happy New Year to you and yours.

I will probably manage a couple, but I know I won't do 12 this year! Your tree looks lovely as is.....you keep this up you won't have any room, or you'll have to buy a bigger tree!!!!
